Darren John is a London-based artist and image-maker whose practice explores creativity, curiosity and the value of imagination. His colourful, bold paintings combine playful forms with a strong graphic language, creating work that feels accessible while remaining carefully considered. Alongside his independent studio practice, Darren has worked on exhibitions, public artworks, commissions and brand collaborations, and is a founder and lead artist at Absolutely Studio. His Creativity Under Quarantine project, developed during the 2020 lockdown, used simple materials and playful prompts to encourage people of all ages to make and experiment.
